Yes, it is finally Winter! Right now, while sitting here at my fireplace with a warm blanket and a cup of coffee in my hand I am writing about this beautiful holiday styled shoot. Even though at this moment I am looking out my window wishing it was snowing just like today during the styled shoot, I am still more than happy with how my vision came to life. Not sure about anyone else but even though the holidays are filled with all the hustle and bustle, something about the holiday season just makes you feel so happy and cheerful. Could be the music, the crisp and chill air , the bright and joyful colors, or just simply the love and happiness in everyone. Once Thanksgiving was over that’s when I had a vision to create a holiday styled shoot. I wanted a touch of modern bohemian, but also bright, rustic and cheerful vibes. I worked with amazing vendors who allcame together to create a beautiful “micro” wedding holiday styled shoot. If you keep scrolling you will follow the gorgeous day we had!
Let’s start with the BRIDE. Her hair and makeup looked amazing. Thank you to the talented artists from Avante Salon. I had the makeup artist add a touch of red to her lips, because who doesn’t love some red lipstick! I think it definitely went with the holiday “style” of the shoot! The dress was from Day Dream Bridal and she fit into it perfectly. You will also see the new and beautiful Bridal Suite at Cross Gables Estate in Exton, PA.
We then started with the ceremony which had two pine trees on each side of a silk flower wall from Nicol Floral Design, which was the ceremony “backdrop.” We then added an open gold frame from Caroline’s Rentals. We thought it was the perfect touch to make it feel more “holiday-ish,” and also something so different and unique. We then added the gold chairs, glass cylinder vases with floating candles, and of course the florals. It made the whole room feel the love and romance between the bride and groom.
We then went into the fireplace “photo op” where we got some stunning pictures of the bride and groom. Just look at that hair piece from Day Dream Bridal!
